Meet The Team

Amy Wang

Hi everyone, I am one of the co presidents running! A few things about me is that I am a highly motivated and hard working individual. I take big responsibility for everything. I went to I.S, 259 William Mckinley. I was in a highly selective research class and business class. In the business class, I had a high role of president. With this said, I am extremely familiar with meeting people’s expectations and addressing/fixing issues. I would LOVE to continue this role here at Stuyvesant. I am now on the volleyball team for Stuyvesant, on red cross, and on speech and debate. . I currently am on the Volleyball team, Speech team, and Red Cross. Chris and I will provide endless opportunities and assistance to make your freshman year the best it can be. Voting us would be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make, no regrets!

Christopher Kelly

Hi class of 2026, I have been in student government since elementary school as one of two class representatives from grades 4-8. I have a sufficient amount of prior experience representing my past classmates. At Stuyvesant, I am on the Men's Varsity Fencing team and Congressional Debate team. Outside of Stuyvesant, I fence for the Manhattan Fencing Center. Over the next few months as a Freshman at Stuy, I hope to represent my fellow peers and continue to join and be an active member of more Stuyvesant teams and clubs. Amy and I both have a large amount of past experience in student government so I believe we would be able to instate new events, new policies and bring not only the freshmen body but also the student body closer as a whole.  Amy and I base our campaign around four things; communication, inclusion, transparency, and engagement. We will work hard with the rest of the student union and staff to work towards these four goals if we are elected as the Freshmen Co-Caucuses.
